The “École normale supérieure” is a prestigious institution of higher education providing specialized training for those who would like become professors and reseachers in their fields.

2008 - 2009: Master 2 (2nd year MSc) “Materials Science and Nano-Objects” (SMNO), specialization in “Thin Films and Active Surfaces”
2007 - 2008: agrégation in chemistry, ranked 13th.

The agrégation is a civil service competitive examination required for certain positions in the public education system.

The “classes préparatoires” consist of two years of course in prepation for highly competitive national entrance examination to French “Grandes Écoles”, including engineering school.
